About me : My
name is Céline Mahé and I have been sports instructor for 12 years. I
did a National Coaching Certificate Training specialised in "Sports for
all", and I got my Animation Capacity Diploma.
I have already worked in different sport structures, but I am currently an independent sport instructor.
About my teaching methods :
With seniors, I work on balancing, supleness, communication games, etc. But the exercises that I propose always fit the capacities and the pathologies of the group.
About my expectations : I would like to develop parents/baby, kid and senior courses.

currently sport animator. I'm in charge of care gymnastics courses for
kids and adults in the framework of associations affiliated to the
French Federation EPMM ( Physical Education in the Modern World).
The aim of this federation is to train its animators to keep fitness, health, physical and mental well-being, and all that while respecting the rhythm and the capacities of everyone : judgments and competition have not their place in the affiliated associations, in this way everyone can find his or her place.
Courses take place in a friendly and good mood atmosphere.
These are enough reasons to enjoy being a sport animator."
